Client Engagement Process

I always walk my clients through a streamlined process for working together.

The initial steps usually go something like this:

1. Discovery call

2. Proposal

3. Project agreement and statement of work

4. 50% deposit invoice and payment

5. Client on-boarding

6. Project scheduling and kick-off

To get started, follow these next steps:

Please send me a message via email to erica [at] ericaeller [dot] com or using the contact form to describe your project. Please share details about your desired services, the length of the project (in estimated page count) for reports, and the deadline. You may also share any additional relevant details. I’ll respond if I have availability and schedule a discovery call.

Book a Discovery Call

If you prefer to directly schedule a discovery call without first sending a message, you may do so via Calendly. In the discovery call, I’ll briefly introduce my work, learn the project details and discover your brand’s sustainability outlook and goals for working together.

Receive a Proposal

Based on the details in the above steps, I’ll create a project proposal. Note that I scope my projects using project fee estimates, rather than hourly rates.
